FAQs
What is a wholesale program?
Honeybar’s wholesale Program is an e-commerce platform that is exclusively available for wholesale businesses who purchase for resale or bulk consumption. Our preference is that you work with our distributor partners, but this option is available for those who cannot meet their minimum purchase requirements or are not in their delivery areas. Please note that the wholesale program does not provide trade spend for any third party promotions.
Why would I be ineligible for participation as a Wholesale Account?
- If you are a distributor or already purchase from a distributor
- If you intend to export Honeybar outside of Canada
- If you are not a Canadian business ( coming to US soon)
- If you intend to resell on Amazon or any other third-party reseller.
- If we cannot verify that you are a legitimate business or non-profit organization
- If you are looking to purchase less than $90
Can I purchase from both a distributor and your wholesale portal?
If we are made aware that you are purchasing through our distributor partners, we reserve the right to discontinue selling to you through this wholesale program for violating this policy.
Where can I find pricing?
When your application has been approved, you will receive your login information where you will have access to pricing. Honeybar may update pricing at any time and may run sales from time to time that would automatically be applied when checking out.
Can I get better pricing?
Pricing is evaluated on an ongoing basis. We make promotions available regularly and will inform you of upcoming promotions.We offer the same pricing to all customers and do not have capability for unique individual pricing.
When and how do I reorder?
There is no limit on the frequency of your orders. Simply visit your account page and your bars will be headed your way!
What is the order minimum?
We require an order minimum of $90 for free shipping
What is the shelf life?
The best before date would be at least 4 months. Our bars have a best before date of 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Do you provide promo codes?
Unfortunately any promo codes for use on the retail website cannot be used on your wholesale account.
Why aren’t all products available on the wholesale account?
We have curated the optimal product mix to best accommodate our wholesale partners. Should you feel that we should include a different product variation, please reach out.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept product returns. If you would like to submit a claim for a damaged or defective product please email onlineorders@honeybar.ca
How will the product be shipped?
For orders above 270 lbs LTL shipments will be used. For smaller shipments, we use ground shipping providers.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within Canada is free over $90.
LTL charges will be quoted and applied on a case by case basis.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed with 1-5 business days. Delivery may take up to 14 days based on your location.
