Shipping Policy

Your order will ship out no later than 48 hours from your purchase date on business days.  If there are unforeseen delays, we will contact you.  Please make a note in the comment section of your order if you wish to have a signature upon delivery of your package.  Please note: we wait until payments are fully processed before shipping out your order.  

Shipping within Canada:  Most orders will arrive in around 5-8 business days.  However, sometimes there can be unforeseen delays.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise. Tracking information will be sent upon fulfillment of the order. Shipping is free when purchase price is over $49 CAD (non-wholesale products only). Otherwise, a $11.99 CAD flat shipping rate applies.

Shipping to the United States:  Most orders will arrive in around 7 to 14 business days, however sometimes there can be unforeseen delays such as delays at the customs border.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise. Tracking information will be sent upon fulfillment of the order. Shipping is free when purchase price is over $35 USD. Otherwise, a $15.00 USD flat shipping rate applies. 

Shipping to other International countries:  We do not ship to other international countries at this time.
