Shipping & Return Policy

 Shipping Policy

Your order will ship out no later than 48 hours from your purchase date, on business days.  If there are unforeseen delays, we will contact you.  Please make a note in the comment section of your order if you wish to have a signature upon delivery of your package.  Please note: we wait until payments are fully processed before shipping out your order.  

Shipping to the United States: Most orders will arrive in around 14 to 21 days, however sometimes there can be unforeseen delays such as delays at the customs border.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise. Shipping is free when purchase price is over $49 USD. Otherwise, a $5 USD flat shipping rate applies. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. Please note:  If an item is refused, unclaimed etc.. and the package is returned to us, we subtract the shipping cost from your refund - even if the order is over $49 USD and was subject to free shipping.  

Shipping within Canada:  Most orders will arrive in around 10 days.  However, sometimes there can be unforeseen delays.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise.   Shipping is free when purchase price is over $49 CAD. Otherwise, a $5 CAD flat shipping rate applies.

Shipping to other International countries:  We do not ship to other international countries at this time.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on our bars.  However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
